Direct stay bookings cancelled up to 7 days prior to check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 to 7 days receive a 50% refund or full credit towards a future booking.

Yes. A 30% advance deposit is required upon event contract signing to lock your dates, with the balance due 48 hours prior to the event start date.
